Partner API

Features

The Partner API currently supports a limited set of features. We are eager to work with you during onboarding to increase our coverage moving to a more comprehensive feature set.

Partner API Feature Set:

Receiving Job and Application data

The API can send you Job and Application data as configured by the client. This is sent through a webhook that should trigger the start of the Partner API workflow for that application

The client can currently decide between 2 methods for triggering the integration:

  • Manual trigger The user triggers the integration manually for each application, independently of what internal stage the application might be in.
Manual trigger on the application detail page.
Manual trigger on the application detail page.

Manual trigger on the applicant's tab. Allows sending candidates in a bulk. Limited to Partner that do not require extra candidate data before sending an application.

  • Automatic trigger Users can configure their Jobylon pipeline to automatically forward applications to a Partner when the application moves between stages. For example, when an application is moved to the Interview stage, it can be automatically sent to the partner. Please, note that this automation is only available when the Partner does not require extra candidate data, meaning it is not necessary to complete a form prior to submitting a candidate. Receiving Application data

Once triggered, the partner can send back to Jobylon data for that application according to the schema documented in the Api Reference/OpenAPI. The data received from the partner for each application will be displayed in the application page as one job card.
