User Workflow
Below, you can follow the workflow used by the client to work with the integration.
- Client has the integration enabled This workflow assumes the client has already enabled the integration for the company. This is done automatically during the sign-up process but will be a separate step to be done by the client in the future
- Integration has been configured by the partner
- Job add created

Go to All Jobs and find the job

Find and select the button dedicated to the integration

Configure the integration parameters for the job ad

Apply for the job to create a new application
Click on view
This will open the public job page. Click on I'm interested
Fill the Application form and click Submit
Go back to Jobylon. The applicant will be in the Applicants view

Select the new application

Open the integrations menu

Select your integration and confirm
This step will trigger the call

Verify the results
After the integration sends the results back to Jobylon the information will be available in the application
